Fawn Mckay

Fawn McKay was born on 15 September 1915, in Ogden Utah. Fawn MCKAY, educated in the Mormon First Family of the Church, utilized her writing talent as well as expertise in research to write the fascinating psycho-historical biographical biography of Joseph Smith. Published in 1945 with the title: No Man has My History, she used both. That title was taken from a funeral sermon delivered by the founder of the Church of Latter-Day Saints in 1844. He shocked people with a statement"You're not my friend, I never told you about my heart. There is no one who knows my past. Nobody knows my story. Fawn, a 29-year-old woman has written: "Since that moment of sincerity, at the very least three writers have risen to the challenge." A few have attempted to portray him as gods while others claimed that he is an obfuscator. A few even attempted an invasive diagnosis. But the problem is the documents do not exist. They're contradictory. This task is to delineate accounts from the third hand plagiarism and to blend Mormon accounts with other religions to create the context of a credible historical narrative. It's a fascinating learning experience. That's the mission to which Fawn Brodie put her professional energy into. Thaddeus Stewards, which was the outcome of her writing and research was what made her a known author. The Devil Drives (1959) Scourge Of The South The Story of Sir Richard Burton (1967) Thomas Jefferson. The Personal Story of Richard Nixon (1974), after his death.
